RCM has an obligation to tell its customers what's going on, we shouldn't be left to speculate. They've spent millions on advertising in order to entice people to buy XforX......then what?

They're absolutely horrible in the area of communication - just remove the releases, nothing said whatsoever as if all us morons will just not notice. The arrogance behind their intentional silence is the mark of a typical government organization.

The more this sort of thing continues to happen, the greater satisfaction I get from buying less.

Looks like the RCM pulled the X for X coins back out of the archives. They are available for purchase again.

The "Glitch". No different when RCM sends multiple emails for confirmation of orders which were received months ago and nothing from orders which are in your mailbox.

RCM needs to do a total revamp of their systems - OH WAIT they already did that? -

They need to hire competent people (and fire all current staff) from the top down especially quality control.

The biggest "Glitch" is the guy sending letters to everybody promising collector cases and redemption codes. Him and his cronies should be the ones to be gone first "Vice President of Sales", maybe used cars, what a Joke? But of course RCM will have to replace him with a New and Improved "Glitch"and carry on treating their customers like they are morons.
