Could the date be 1887? If so, it would probably be a miniature coin token from Great Britain. There seems to be many varieties, but yours, having a date, narrows it down a little. I have never seen this type of token before, but I will try to narrow down its type more anyways.
IM. OF. can be read on the obverse, which would mean its obverse type is either H, J, K, or L, with K being the only option for dated ones. So that leaves types 32, 32a-e, 32i, and 32j, I suppose. I would guess it would be 32d, since it is the smallest at 12.09 millimetres. The next smallest looks like 32j at 12.5 millimetres.
