I bought this coin because of the strike. It has the best strike of any of the TY2 or TY3 that I have seen. Even with all the clashing and die polishing you would be hard pressed to find a better struck SLQ. Check out the inner shield lines. It also happens to be the only known Eagle beak clashed 21 that I'm aware of.

Gary you must have really concentrated on SLQ's because that 1921 is astounding to me. I know those coins are out there but I just never see them at shows or shops. You can imagine that coin was plucked out and stashed for 95 years. That is something to think about. You can find common 1880 Morgans in MS64 condition for small money but not SLQ's that did not sit in vaults for 100 years.

Andrew and Gary

Your 23-S coins are far out in hippie speech! I know you must have paid at least $2000 for them. I paid $1300 for my EF 23-S and I thought I got a good deal.
We got some heavy hitters here!
