steviewah3 New Member United States 4 Posts	Posted 12/26/2016 4:22 pm I'm Steve from Cassville, MO. Been collecting for years and having a great time. This community looks very informative. I have varied interests. I've been going through nooks an crannies today and found two Washington quarter double dies today. 1968-D DDO 801 and a 1964-D DDO 101. Been in a drawer for years. My new magnifier really helps! But my question is about the Silver Eagle I am uploading. It has a hole in it and was curious about what to call it. I think it is a planchet flaw. Does this add to its value or detract from the value? I'm a PCGS member and was wondering if this might be something to not waste my money on. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. moxking Rest in Peace United States 17900 Posts	Posted 12/26/2016 4:40 pm Indentation is probably from a dig in the planchet, as you suggest. It does not add value. Most certainly not worth TPG fees. Report this Post to the Staff

Mark1959 Pillar of the Community 7234 Posts	Posted 12/26/2016 6:01 pm I'm not sure about a planchet flaw as it is located in the raised device of the coin. Maybe small gas bubble or a really small delamination? Report this Post to the Staff
