Hi
This coin is like: GROSSO III TYPE, Innocenzo XI (Vatican) coin, but different size and weight.
Original is GROSSO III TYPE 3,6 GRAMS SILVER 22mm.
Mine is: Approximately 18-20mm, weight is 1.36 g and bowl shaped.
Is this some other type (1/2 GROSSO is 1.6g but I can't find some that look like this) or is it just fake?

This coin is probably authentic, but obviously made into a spoon.

The concave form was of course not mint-made, the handle of the spoon was removed, which left a large damage at 12 o'clock.

I have seen many of these spoons with small coins of Venice and the Papal States.
