On a Cud the area affected will be raised and show no devices on that area. Also note the reverse (opposite side) you will a a weakness opposite that area. (note on the image on the reverse side at 7-8:00) On your coin I'm seeing the devices, the rims and the appearance of discoloring. Report this Post to the Staff

I'd bet that the splotches of remaining mint luster (e.g. by the T in CENT) are where prior glue was but then fell off of your coin.
