Crazy price on the nickel. IMHO, either the seller thinks the nickel is a proof because it's in cellophane, or he's a scammer.

Regarding the use of caps within a sentence, I've done that on CCF. Here's an example ...

The counterstamp on my avatar reads: L. POMEROY / 1826 / US

A great many counterstamps utilize caps only, and this format is the way they are often published.

I will also frequently do a word or two in a sentence in all caps to indicate emphasis on a particular point.
