This would explain why there's no inscription and date, since despite being incused. Is the diameter larger than a normal 20p piece? Is it thinner than a normal 20p? Due to the blurriness of the last picture of the heads side, I can't tell just how much detail has been lost (mostly looking at the Queen's hair and the engraved lines therein) Does the edge have any notches that would remind one of those on normal 20p pieces?
