Hi from Oregon!

I have misc. coins (mostly pennies) dated from 1918-current. Trying to separate into decades, and get them narrowed down. I have found a couple I believe might be error coins:

One is showing a 2007 Memorial, and the other is a 1958 D with PMD

I see a couple areas raised on the cent. Why? I can tell The 2007 looks normal. What am I missing?
