This looks like a tapered planchet to me, with a grease issue on the OF AMERICA. Weight is 2.1g so pretty thin. I saw something recently on a similar coin and can't remember if there was something else or just a tapered planchet.
OF AMERICA is a weak strike issue, there was not enough metal to fill all of the obverse and reverse die recesses. The planchet is tapered on the left side and the other two areas of reverse weakness align with Lincoln's head and shoulder- the two highest points of relief on the coin. Nice example
Thnaks bio. It was the high-point weakness issues that I just couldn't remember, even though I know that. So many things to remember about these coins.

Not likely. The tapered planchet was the main cause of the design weakness, IMO. The unaffected (normal thickness) areas of the coin are normally struck.
