I got 3 free mint sets and upon further inspection they have
S minted coins
Multiple pennies in each set
D minted coin in a p sleeve

Was this a joke by mint employees or a real error?
Are they collectible?

They have S minted coins because in 1968-1974 S mint marked coins were struck for circulation. This happened a lot for wheats too. Nothing out of the ordinary, but nice set!
Rest in Peace

As long as you have P & D halves, quarters, dimes and nickels, and P, D, & S pennies in each you're OK, standard issue.

Oops, forgot the 70's P + D Ike dollars!

Look like normal sets to me. Unless you actually do have a set that has a Denver coin in the Philadelphia sleeve. You didn't show one. And even if you did that would be a packaging error not a mint error.
