Apologies, didn't understand correctly Quote: This confirmed on the other forum. One of the members had a question about payment method and he is ordering 10 units. Not "10 units", but 10 coins only, which is 1 pack, as per limit on the RCM website. 10 packs available via the Rep only.

It's interesting that a 10 pack in plastic with a folder is sold for face value while the roll is more than double face value just because of the special paper roll. One would assume the rolls would be far cheaper to produce and ship. Weird.

The special rolls are produced to make a profit while the ten packs are geared for new customers

I understand that, but to me it still seems weird. They are the exact same coins. There must be a pretty big market for the rolls I suppose

Some collectors assume 50000 rolls are rare, 20 years from now it will be worth 10 bucks or so

I think many of us would be thrilled to mitigate future losses on collector coin to $10 or so. In this hobby, that'd probably be considered risk adverse.

But I surprised, that Mint, together with rolls distributed packs for face value.
Assumed will be rolls only, and exchange events to get few coins.

Thanks yingyang, I tried again and found the guess part, got a new email and got them for $2.50 Thanks Now why can guests get the free shipping and members can't? Not right but then a lot of what the RCM does is not right.
