Those gold dime, quarter and half dollar commemoratives were "so last year". If they had been silver it would have a tremendous hit! That is why I purchased the D. Carr silver 1 ounce tokens.

I agree, would have been a sellout at any mintage.

Does anyone have the final mintage numbers for these three coins?

Thanks Alpha, I just never heard anyone mention the numbers before and I was just wondering where they ended. I actually never heard when they ended sales. So there can only be 65K sets of these if you have all 3. I wonder how many complete sets are actually out there, maybe half or a little more? Anyways, thanks again!

Darn, now I want those. Pretty much no chance though - if nothing else I can hardly afford 3 ounces of silver...

I picked up the quarter only because I had gotten an offer for a new credit card that I couldn't pass up. No interest for over a year + enough points that I got $150 in Visa gift cards. That brought the price down from $495 (I believe) to $345. Without that, I'd never had bought one.
