No, its not. Any secondaries ( not the big one), are centered on the bottom bar of 2, on thicknesses of letters/numbers, or in the motto IN, GOD, WE.

Note on the underside of upper curve of 2, that is master hub doubling, appears on most dies.

BTW, why clean an EF30 very spendable coin?
