I don't see any errors, just some damage on the rims and it's clearly shows circulation wear.

On the T and S in trust also is the mint mark RPM

Well jay, welcome back! Trust T is PMD, damaged, too a hit moved cross part down. RPM...? Pix not clear or close enough to tell. Wexlers' site shows 3 for the year but not being clear...? Check out http://www.doubleddie.com
