I'm saying FR2/AG(maybe) but AG overall? Maybe too high...it's a 7070 hole filler for now.

May be best to use at pocket piece. Wear down the scratches in obv, protect that side and wear down the reverse with the goal of getting a nice even PCGS PO01. I think that would maximize the value of this piece. Good luck.

AG obverse and Fair reverse. Net AG. Obverse has full stars but rims are worn into date; reverse has only partial legends.
