I found this on ebay its a 1/2.oz 12kt

Gold.

please grade it.

and try to guess what I paid for it

That's a nice looking proof, I really like the ship. However, if it's 24KT why does it say "500/1000 FINE GOLD" on it?

That's a nice coin but the 500 fineness is 12k. The coin weighs 6.21 grams. Here are a couple of links. First one is gold fineness and the second tells about the coin. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
