If there is one type of Canadian Cent that has to have graffiti I guess the 1884 Obverse 1 type is as good as any. Someone in their infinite wisdom decided to turn it in to a love token by Inscribing " For luck In Canada" and some other word I cannot work out as it is that old style writing with the fancy scrolling on the obverse either side of Victoria's bust. It is very finely done . Other than that the coin is in a very reasonable condition. I guess it would be a XF details Graffiti?. Crying shame when people do that to rare coins.

Here's one for ya. A 1876 Seated Liberty dime. My dad found this in a Coinstar reject bin and gave it to me.

Bored kids with a torch in the garage don't really need a reason.

The fused Kennedy's reminded me of this one, which may not really qualify as vandalized since I don't think the damage was done deliberately. Likely it went through a fire, and evidently silver melted off of another coin dripped down onto it (it's actually overweight at 27.15 grams).

Lucky Cuss, that's pretty interesting. Probably was in a house fire and survived.
