Just Started To Clean This Coin - Coin Community Forum

josephrg Valued Member United States 234 Posts	Posted 04/07/2017 5:45 pm I received this coin in a lot of uncleaned coins. It is a cup coin about 27 mm. I didn't weigh it yet The concave part cleaned up very well with scraping and brushing.I have others like this to clean. I know nothing about this and hope someone can identify it. Consider soaking first before resorting to any abrasive cleaning methods. We have discussed this in the past, so you could start by looking at old threads for ideas.
