Actually, the picture is terrible. It's overexposed and not sharply focused. Both of those are easy to fix, you just need to practice a little. If you aren't using a rest (like a book, block of wood, toilet paper roll) to hold the cell phone steady, then use one.
Also don't stab at the button, it shakes the phone, just gently touch the spot.
Make sure the camera is perfectly flat with respect to the surface the coin is sitting on.
You might turn on the grid lines to help align the coin/camera.
(For those who care, this was shot with a Samsung Galaxy Amp Prime (Cricket) and optimized - so it's a 5MP base shooter, should be able to take photos good enough for general usage)
