Yes it is a 2007-p Utah Qrtr. I like these, interestingly enough I have seen several examples of die cracks & chips found on these mostly on Philadelphia Mints.

Here are some examples:( All on the same coin plus Struck thru. grease on both OBVS. & REVS.and another die chip in the B of Liberty)
