Hey guys , can someone help me with some information about this coin. I only know that it is from Alexander and it is 16.64 gr. and 27mm. It have some letters on it and marks.

Very nice coin, I love this type but only own one. This coin was struck after the death of Alexander. The way to tell this is that Zeus's legs are crossed. On a life time issue his legs are uncrossed.That being said on some issues shortly after he died in 323 BC the legs are still uncrossed. Beautiful coin.

As Echizento said, the coin is a posthumous issue, which makes the value a bit lower.

I'm gonna put a rough value of $300-400 on this coin.

That is absolutely fascinating Ron--I had no idea that the position of Zeus' legs was so significant! I just checked my Tet and they are not crossed.
