1996 Quarter "In" Struck Through Grease?

My grandfather sent me a bunch of quarters from the states to go through (I'm in Korea) and I found this fellah. I was going through the quarters and saw that the "IN" was nearly gone on this one. I don't see any damage around it like it was ground out.

What do you all think? And if this is Struck Through Grease does it have any premium at all?

Looks like there was some grease spotted on the die and the operator wiped down the die with a cloth, filling some devices and part filling other devices:

Note how an uneven fill can alter the devices from full blockage to partial/angled blockage of the devices being formed on the coin?
