Although there is no one big mark, there is a fair amount going on in the fields, which takes this coin out of the Gem Unc. (MS-64) or close to Gem Unc. (MS-64) categories. There is also some sort of toning on the face that might bring down the grade, perhaps to MS-62 as I indicated. PCGS can grade these coins very tough. I've seen a few of them in MS-64 holders that had me wondering why they didn't grade higher. NGC is not as tough, but these coins have be really nice to get a high grade.
