Hello, after few days of unsuccesful web searching I've decided to seek out for experts help.

I want so badly to identify this piece.. If you know anything about it please help me, thank you

It appears to be a medal awarded for some kind of sporting or academic activity. The laurel wreath shown usually indicates that it is for a sporting event.

not ancient , looks like a sporting medal. I'm guessing the 930 is 1930 and missing the 1? I wouldn't say it has much value.
