Looks like he just drank some lemon juice to me! No idea what kind of error this is, if one at all, but you have a good eye!

Good eye for sure! Looks like an over eager die tech got carried away with the point polisher! Under nose, lower lip, chin into neck, bow tie, all were "trimmed" up.

Maybe we did evolve from friggin' monkeys...?
