coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 02/16/2018 8:10 pm Yes. The Metal is distorted on the punch. The part that should be taller on the puch is not pushed in the die. Leaving a void on the die, and now a raised area on the mint mark. (where it should have been a void) Many years have this issue, until.... the punch is replaced. Report this Post to the Staff
