I would be skeptical of any coin being called a "black beauty" that isn't in mint state with high luster. Too many ways a nickel can take on a darker color through environmental damage. A true BB with a Clip would be a nice find I would assume. I do have 3 rolls of Nickels that have not been opened yet. 1954 S, 1964 D, 1958 D. I guess I will open them soon and see what I can find.
