Continuing to kind of inventory/organize my nickels... went through my 1957 Philly coins and found another Black Beauty...

I read this, then I read back, then I read forward then I decided, I've been tossing any of these I might have had, as they were tarnished and dark. Then I re-read and the part that caught my attention is, they are only 1958 or 1959. Which pretty well seals any alternate misses I might have re-cycled back into circulation. I'm asking... someone who knows? Is that pretty much the limit and I shouldn't worry about a (make up a date here) as only 1958 or 1959 Jefferson nickels are going to be the unusual Black Beauty? That would make the whole thread easier to understand and shorter.

The question is, are these only 1958 or 1959 or could I have one that's 1961 for example. This is in a collection I bought, which hasn't been touched since the 60s. Much darker surface and color, not environmental damaged. 1961 Coin next to it is 1961-D same period.

@PPorro,
I posted a coin on this thread on 12/01/2020 (Page 15) that should answer your question. I'm sure I have a 1964 somewhere.

Thanks @Kevin, someone else had posted that there were only two years 58 or 59 and the rest aren't. Conflicting information. I'll take that as, other years are possible.
Yes 1964 have always looked different than other years for some reason.
I think none of mine are dark enough, which answers that question as well.
Thanks All

T-Bop, thanks!. Still not sure what's up with that 1970 - more research needs to be done. Now, I did check my book and it looks as if this might be a true black beauty. Thoughts? 1958-D on left, 1958 on right 1958-D on left, 1958 on right Between a 1957 and a 1958 Between a 1957 and a 1958

Here is an example of some of the different color variations of the Black Beauty Nickels. The 6 on the left are Black Beauty Nickels, the 1966 on the right is just a standard nickel.
