I only searched a couple rolls tonight and found quite a few coppers, a '44 LWC and this.
I can see maybe three bays of the Memorial over the 19 of the date and one (didn't really photograph) over the end of LIBERTY.
One thing to note is the rotation of the reverse (15°?). I tried to roughly represent that with the last pics. The clash is not really sharp and I found it difficult to capture. What do you think?
Maybe they attempted to polish it out but didn't quite get it all.

Nice! I would keep her, to me a clash is a clash light or heavy, lol. Similar to a recent find of mine, I also thought it was hard to capture the lightly raised bars, Although I did not check the degree of rotation. Cool find!
spruett001, Good eye. It is a minor die clash and it can be called a prisoner cent because the "bars" are on both sides of the bust. Since it is your first one you should put it in a 2x2 and label it as such. Normally though,If I found it it would be a spender because of it being so minor. Anyway, congrats on your first die clash and hope you find plenty more John1
