Never mind I found the mints of the first two.
Top Left : Yunnan Mint
Top Right: Board of Revenue
Still IDK for the last one.

Last mintmark is Gui, for Guilin mint in Guangxi province. Hartill 22.105, early mint period, so 1668-1670 should be the date.
