I bought a bunch of raw AU Saints last year when gold was approaching $1400 per ounce. I probably should have bought slabbed MS64-65s instead. Live and learn!

I bought some Wheat cent rolls off of ebay. It was fun sorting and I did find some nice pennies however, I overpaid.

I will always do more research before purchasing. This is a great place to do that.

Not getting into Conder tokens LONG before I did. I knew about them back in the early 70's around the time when I first started collecting. Back then mint red pieces could be had for $3 each. Brown Uncs for $2. But the book about them cost over $100. Today COMMON brown uncs are over $200 each an 11% per annum compounded rate of return for 45 years (To have kept up with the rate of inflation they would have only had to be $8 each today.)
