So like this one correct, this coin seems to have the same feature but was denied to be of this variety... what do you

Could you give us a picture of lincolns head? I think that would be the easiest way to determine if it is one or not.

How is that when the bow tie is exactly the same in the link? And what would that be under the first ear?

On your coin, it's just part of the design/hair. It shows up a little sharper on some cents more than others. It makes me look twice sometimes. When you see the real doubled ear you'll know it. It's not just close like on your coin, it's exactly like the first ear. The examples shown give you an idea, when in hand it just kind of jumps out at you.
