Follow the TPG submission form instructions to a "t". Call them if you have questions. They will help you.

Only ship by Registered Mail with insurance. I believe the package limit is $25000. Use multiple packages if the total value exceeds that amount.

Registered mail takes longer but rarely disappears or gets tampered with.
