The menacing U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) eagle by Frank Gasparro (Mr. Gasparro likes to put his initials under the right leg of the eagle). This eagle is from the CIA Distinguished Intelligence Medal. Compare this design to Mr. Gasparro's Kennedy half-dollar reverse and notice the half-dollar scrawniness.  |
