Might score a technical MS-63 but the splotchy reverse toning is a big negative. It should be easy to find a much more attractive example in an MS-63 holder.

The spots might have appeared after holdering. Perhaps a dip not thoroughly rinsed off? I agree with MS63.

Agree with 63. That ugly splotchy reverse is a deal breaker for me. As mentioned there are many unc examples of this date I'd find a nicer example

Thanks for the opinions on this PCGS Morgan. Once again, I apologize for the lousy pictures. PCGS graded it at MS64. Sounds like it might be over graded, slightly ?
