Thanks Lim for the nomination This really makes me joyous beyond believe I have a fault ; I want to try and help whenever I can without expecting anything in return and very often get nothing in return The main forum where I post the highest distinction one can get is to be ignored completely and to hope to get a few private mails as recompensation for work and trouble That way I found my american friend ex coin dealer and tutor I think the two of us are an analytical match concerning goldshares Welcome Stranger I feel

You and I have the same love for all things gold...I work in the gold industry but for professional reasons, I have to be extremely careful what I post about gold in a public forum. That is a very nice Aussie Proof Nugget, I do not have that one but have the "Hand of Faith" .

Ah, ageka the Australian gold has pushed you over the top. Welcome to the Knights of the Coin Table as the 7th Knight! The other Knights of the Coin Table welcome you and your colletion with open arms!!! To collect beyond any boundaries shows a tremendous respect for the people of the world, their natural wonders, their culture, and their history! Its like an open sea and until you journey forth to cross it you will never know what is on the other side! Its an honor an a priviledge to have you, if only in our mind, sitting at the round table!

I had to change the reverse crown today as the design I desired was privately owned by another customer. We now, until further notice, will have a medival type eagle with crown on the reverse with a C on its chest! The C can stand for many things such as CoinCommunity, Coins, Cash, Change, or Community so use your own imagination! At this time the anticipated ship date is still Jan. 15. I find it hard to believe I am actually anxious to get a wooden dollar? Perhaps the designs next year (2007 issue) will be better designed as there will be more time to be artistic and to seek a little help from all of you Knights out there! Will keep you all posted!

Well fellow Knights and Knightess I must nominate NOHOPE587 for induction as he is a qualified Darksider and posting in the Aussie section with an outstanding specimen of Aussie coinage! Guess he has come out of the closet as I know he is in to British and the Euro as well. What do you say Round Table? Nohope to be #8?

Effective immediately the Knights of the Coin Table are going underground until we can find a world collector forum where we can post openly.
***Will also note, at this time, we were asked to remove the words "Coin Community Forum" from our 2006 Wooden dollars and I have been in contact with the manufacturer to change the art work when it arrives. The reverse will now read "Collecting World Wide"! I feel it would be important to post this information for ALL to read. Also will say right now the initials of CC will remain on the Knights shield to signify "COIN COLLECTOR"! Effective with this post we are in no way, shape, or form, nor have ever been affiliated with Coin Community Forum or being sponsored by such!
Tis not the end, but a beginning!
Last but not least, we intend to find out!

I'm sorry I haven't been able to post very much to the forum lately, but health issues have prevented me from staying as informed as I should have. I think it's important to clarify the position of Coin Community in relation to any private clubs. Personally, I think the Knights of the Coin Table is an excellent idea and wish nothing but the best for the club. As your club grows, we can provide a completely private forum for your members. For those of you who also post on Coin Talk, this would be the same as the sections they have set up for the Ocala Coin Club and WINS. Also, posting in the open forum with "Knight of the Coin Table" and A.O.D. in signature lines is perfectly fine. Even posting about the club itself and recruiting members from our community is also perfectly acceptable. The issue is that Coin Community cannot sponsor individual clubs as this, in essence, creates cliques within our community. I know that it is a fine line, but it is important that Coin Community stay impartial and objective. In essence, Coin Community is its own club. To sponsor clubs within that club creates factions within our community that will make other forum members feel that they are being left out. This is certainly not a feeling we want to promote and I know that none of you want that either. It is for this reason that Coin Community cannot be put on the club badges. On a personal level, I love the idea of the Knights of the Coin Table club and it looks like this club is growing well. I have thoroughly enjoyed the posts being made and will continue to do so. If any of you have any questions about this, please email me. The last thing I ever intended was to cause ill will or negative feelings. It is important to me that this be cleared up as soon as possible. My email address is susan@coincommunity.com
