These coins are allowed more bag marks than other coins. I have several 65's that have bag marks in the fields. This one has a strong strike, with at least one reed mark in the obverse field and what looks like some abrasion on the cheek. The difference between a 64 and 65 on a coin like this is the quality of the luster, which it's hard to see on the photo. If it's really flashy, it might be a 65.

I have a very tough time with this series, and as Stephen pointed out they are given a little leeway. From the images, I'll go ms64 as well.

I was thinking 64 as well. The reeding mark above G of GOD might rule out any higher grade. The reverse possibly deserves a 65.

Is that a faint fingerprint showing over 26 in the date?
