I would guess a grade of VF-35. Value about $5.00. These are common even in better grade. I just paid $4.00 for this one, though it has faint obverse scratches.

It's easy to overpay for a coin, as I have done many times. You slowly learn the market for coins on e-bay and get better deals as you progress.
