Aside from the toning which I'm not a fan of ; MS-65 .

Well we're all giving it a different grade , from 62-65 . that doesn't happen too often .

MS64, the cheek and neck have a couple of hits and rubs, a couple more on the right wing. Usual mint set or roll toning. Early die state strike. Quite attractive :)
Good shot at a + designator from NGC for the toning or PCGS because it's strong in the grade as a 64.

MS-65. Toning is nice and likely looks better than picture dictates too.

I would say MS-63. The hits on Washington's cheek, at about 9:30 on the obverse near the rim, and on the eagle's left wing preclude this one from grading any higher, as does the weaker strike. Nevertheless, it's a beautiful quarter, nice find!
