It is a DDO for sure. Looks like WDDO-002. Look on doubleddie.com.

The date is showing machine damage on the right side of the devices. But it is a doubled die, with the issue of MD on the date area.

I've found one DDR that the right half of the reverse was a DDR, the left half machine doubled. The dies are doubled, so if MD happens on regular dies, it can also show on doubled dies as well.  Note bottom image. You can see the MD on the DDO.
