I believe the proper term is "duck face".

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's the plastic slide and reflections/glare.

Curious, why did it grade so low? It looks like a solid 64-65 to me?

I don't know why but classic proofs seem to grade much lower than modern day examples. A small scratch here and there, a little wear on the high points perhaps, I'm not really sure. But I do know that had it been graded PF 64-65 I never would have been able to afford it. In my quest for classic proofs I have spent a lot of time trying to balance eye appeal and affordability, passing on some higher grade examples that don't look as nice and embracing some lower grade examples that really shine (like this one). If it were purely for the sake of investment, I'd probably hold out for better grades, but I just really wanted a collection of really nice looking classic proofs that I could afford.
