Picked up this 1938-P from a roll tonight. What's your thought on a grade? Thanks in advance. SS

Can't truly tell from the photos given. I am somewhere between XF and AU.

I'd like to see a better shot of the reverse but for now I'll say AU-50.

I am not good at Jeff's. Looking at PCGS Photograde I'd say EF45 to AU50/53?

I would say XF-45 with a max of AU-50.

It's certainly a nice example from a roll!

Obverse: AU-53, maybe 55
Reverse: EF-45

Therefore, EF-45

Over all EF-45 for me, reverse of the coin is bringing the grade down a bit.
