PCGS population report shows one MS64, one AU58 and a AU55... Canadian Coin News Trends of course got the scarcity and values all wrong..it is not the scarcest 1885 variety by far, nevertheless, they are condition scarce in EF+ What's perplexing is how PCGS got it wrong, they usually get these right Report this Post to the Staff
