Not going to be Arabic or those. Haha! Look up "BRENN" urban dictionary. Otherwise bust looks Nordic, says Icelandic surname....?

Its a bracelet of some sort, jewelry. Is BRENN_I a Norse god? Some kind of psuedo-Celtic do-dad?

Do a Google image search on "medal of Brennus" and you'll see similar, at least for the obverse.

The coin must be modern and probably made to be part of a bracelet or jewelry.
