Musta been a circulation find, been around the block a few times. I have two, one a brown circulated but less dinged and a nice OBW coin with luster.

Yeah, it's circulated for sure. But that's the reason why I got it for so cheap. I have 3 2 blank cent planchet that I bought and 1 blank quarter planchet from 2005 that I bought on ebay for a expensive price 87.00. Expensive, but it was worth it because it was uncirculated. I got 2 West Virginia rolls. One from Philadelphia and the other one from Denver. Both rolls were OBW BU.
