Recently inherited ancient coins found this one wrapped in a newspaper clipping that reads Trajan Decius Sestertius.
I would appreciate any help on its value or where/what time It's from. I know the condition is pretty poor which makes it hard to identify.

I think it might be a Valens with Victory advancing on the reverse
