it weighs 1.19g , quite overpriced and is this rare?

It seems like a fair price compared to these full angels. The second listing looks impeccable. These are much larger coins, at about 5 grams.

You'd have to send it to a grading service like NGC to authenticate.

It's an iconic coin....though tiny...and you pay what you have to pay. The quarter angels appear to be fairly scarce compared to full angels.

My interest is in Commonwealth. This shabby shilling has been in a flip in my wallet for a decade. Considering the condition it was not cheap. But when will I find another? 1654 is not a common date either.

@isb25, Baldwins is a legit seller and the provenance goes back 20 years to a Spinks auction. I would trust that this coin is not fake. On the other hand, there is a pretty severe flan crack which would give me pause. Depending on your willingness to wait for a better condition piece to come around, you could consider passing on this one.
