TSC has all of the new releases on-line now...except the carousel. Highly doubt there will be any for sale (especially at issue price) on the show tonight, but I suppose it's possible.

For sure TSC will have some to sell at issue price. The question is how many?

One to watch tonight

Wow, I read the comments (have no TV) - it was fantastic.
Buyers war over the carousel coin and White Horse coins.
Looks like someone even got 3!
And the picture of the coin in the parallel thread - its so cool, thank you.

We're speculating and joking that this is the actual total number sold during the show (not 50). People wasted time trying to buy online when this was impossible. No one was able to complete the purchase online. When they successfully got through to an operator the coin was sold out.

I thought there was a limit of one per customer. But I guess not since someone bought 3.

Since there was no limit, how do we know how big each order was. As far as we know, some one could have bought 10. Or more. After all, big dealers could afford to buy as many as they want. Perhaps that is why the coins sold so fast, people bought multiple coins.

Thank you , Looney, for corrected chronicles of the event

Just shows additional time - outdated but good communication method was more efficient.

The coin show is pretty much on all weekend. Check the shopping channel schedule. I watched last night and the meteorite coins sold out quickly.

THIS IS MY BEEF WITH THE COIN SHOW:

When the 2018 puzzle coin came on live to purchase, I was not able to add it to my bag or cart. I gave up and tried calling in and no one answered my call after 15 minutes so I hung up which gave me plenty of opportunity to change my mind. By the end of the show and still this morning I am now able to place this item in the cart and buy.

Shame on the shopping channel directing us to to to TSC.ca to purchase and when one is unable to purchase the item, something is wrong with the state of the shopping channel website.

Bromberg should be made aware of the frustration with the call in centre at TSC. REALLY BAD. Whatever happened to "Thank you for calling the shopping channel" ... Press 1 to make a purchase. Simple as that. TSC lost a sale for this 2018 puzzle coin because of my frustration and inability to finalize order.

Both coins did really well with the meter coin sold out within minutes and now the Puzzle coin is also sold out. You're right about the website, it took me a long time to place my orders. I was persistent and was eventually able to purchase 5 meteorite coins and 1 puzzle coin with a 3% cash back. TSC have to do something about this as it frustrates the heck of their customers. I think they are aware of this and hopefully will fix it.

People reported, that the coin sold out with astronomical speed. Would you know, that it will be popular....

Yesterday I checked some sources fot meteorotes and discovered interesting facts:

1. The most saught for meteorite - this from 1908 in Russia - it caused a lot of local destruction, but none of expeditions found even piece of it - neither Soviet group nor Italian.

2. One of the successful businesses in African deserts - looking for pieces of meteorites and selling them to the scientists societies.

Forgot to mention:
As per personal experience with Sci Fi (modern or from the past) - never approach first to the place, where felt meteorite. Only in 1 case of 100 you will find something unique or powerfull. And usually this just will put end for your existence - immediately or after couple of days.

I actually haven't ordered from them for a while. I tried last year for one of the Canada 150 coin sets, but they have a new process (at least to me) of entering your credit card no. They don't take it verbally anymore. I tried about 5 times on the phone keypad and the operator kept saying it wasn't correct. I finally gave up and got what I was going to order someplace else.
