Ok so I have listened to all the great advice everyone has given me about doubled dies. Here I have a 1974 Lincoln and I see both Machine Doubling, and Doubled die. Please tell me if I am wrong and why. Thank you

That's one that would have looked awfully good to me, too.

Sheri, How about I say why you're right and why? Thinking I see what your seeing. The reason I think so, maybe due to the lighting.

In the close ups it seems a bit distorted and possible MD. In the images backed off a bit shows possible notching and enlarged devices. The lighting and image sizes seems to present a different perspective across the board.

I found only one DDO for 1974(P) listed, which notes nothing about liberty. Full obverse and reverse image may shed a different light. Thanks, Doug.

I would like to see a full shot of LIBERTY in one shot. I could then compare the device sizes to a normal coins devices. With a side by side, the difference will show normal size or enlarged. That would be a better help.

On the fourth image you originally posted, it looked like something going on the tops of LIBERTY on the left sides. But I don't see evidence on the other images you provided. Could you change your light direction to show the NW upper parts of those devices. That area seems to be more interesting to me.
